Q: How do I place an order?
A: I take custom orders via email or Facebook messenger. Holiday cookies are sold on the website via flash sales and pre-orders.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No. Occasionally I will make exceptions but due to my schedule, I do not offer regular delivery.
Q: Why do you take so few orders?
A: I work full time and a single order of a dozen cookies can take 5-10 hours depending on complexity from start to finish. I don't take many orders because I need balance between my work, personal, and cookie lives.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made and this includes holiday cookies. Any cookies left 24 hours after your pickup time has lapsed will not receive a refund unless other arrangements have been made with me.

Q: How much notice do I need to give for custom cookies?
A: I am unable to take any corporate, wedding, or personal order with less than 2 weeks notice.
Q: Can I order customs around holidays?
A: It depends on the holiday. Contact me to verify availability.
Q: If I don't know what I want for my cookies but want to secure a spot, can I still order?
A: Yes however I require full payment upfront to secure your order.
Q: Can you accommodate allergies?
A: I am a home kitchen and unable to accommodate special requests such as nut or gluten free.

A: I do not ship. Cookies must be picked up.

A: I keep the shop in a protected mode until it is time for a sale to start to make it fair for everyone.
